How do i create email w/flash file postcard invite that auto plays music when msg is opened w/msoutlook? I would like the recipient to open the message from the ms outlook inbox, and automatically hear the music and see the invitation without having to click on a link or open an attached file.

If you host the audio and/or Flash files on a website and send and HTML email (does Outlook support that?), you can do it. If you know HTML, the OBJECT element is what you are looking for. More information about that, with some example usage, is available at http://www.htmlhelp.com/reference/html40/special/object.html
If you don't know HTML, you can't really do this very well. You can try to create a webpage with a free WYSIWYG HTML editor and send it with Outlook, but it might not work well.
