Within little over a month and a half left to the regular season opens, it may seem to some as the NHL is on the brink of crisis. Each years, a number of free agents are surprisingly left unsigned. And a handful of NHL players leave every summer, either to retire or play in other leagues. But for the first time, there is no league that is as legitimate threat to the NHL - Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). This will be a problem, walking sticks, and plenty of financial costs associated with CAP and negotiations, which is needed for the right could be the heavy weight of reality.
